About the Pentax Optio M20

The Pentax Optio M20 was released in August 2006 and runs on two AA batteries. It pairs a 1/2.5-type CCD of about 7 megapixels with a 38-114 mm lens (35 mm equivalent), a 3x optical zoom, and an aperture range of F3.1-5.9.

The body measures 94 x 61 x 23 mm and weighs 180 g. The screen is 2.5 inches and images are saved to SD cards. Because it takes common AA cells, with NiMH recommended, refilling the power on a trip is simple. The 38 mm wide end to 114 mm tele range suits everyday snapshots, group photos and travel scenes. With two AA cells in the compartment and an SD card in the slot, it is ready to shoot without any special charger.

Buying one used
