About the Olympus μ 770SW
The Olympus mju 770SW, sold abroad as the Stylus 770 SW, was released in March 2007 as a waterproof, shock-resistant compact. It uses a 1/2.33-type CCD behind a lens that covers 38-114mm in 35 mm terms, a 3x optical zoom, with an aperture range of F3.5-5.0.
The body measures 92x59x21mm and weighs about 155 g without accessories. The screen is 2.5 inches, the battery is the dedicated lithium-ion LI-42B family, and images are saved to xD-Picture Card media. Seals on older waterproof cameras can age, so check the exterior, power-up and card reading first. Its compact body is easy to take along to the beach, a ski trip or a rainy-day outing.
